A comparison study was conducted to evaluate teaching methods for a Movement Science course to determine the effectiveness of online, hybrid, and face-to-face modes of instruction. Data from each course section on student success, student satisfaction, and student performance on learning outcomes will be presented. Attendees will learn about the effectiveness of the instructional formats, as well as, instructional strategies. The first half of the session will be a discussion of research results and the second half of the session will focus on practical implications. Evidence based, best practices will be shared for use in higher education. There will be an emphasis on instructional technology for use with Movement Science related courses with lab components.
